Digital Orthophotography Request for Proposals

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) seeks a qualified vendor to provide high-resolution aerial photography for the North Texas region, which includes the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding counties.  We are looking for vendors that:

• Have a high level of technical expertise in the area of orthophotography.
• Propose sound methods of technical detail and quality control.
• Have the correct equipment and professional registrations.

Deadline

The deadline for receipt of proposals is 5:00 PM on Monday, September 28, 2009. We will not accept late proposals. There will be no exceptions.

Submitting a Proposal

Submit one original (clearly marked Original) hardcopy, a digital copy in Adobe PDF format on a CD-ROM, and three printed copies of the proposal in a sealed package to:
